Section 222

SEC. 222. Points of Attachment for Performers. – The provisions of this Act on the protection of performers shall apply to: 222.1. Performers who are nationals of the Philippines; 222.2. Performers who are not nationals of the Philippines but whose performances: Take place in the Philippines; or Are incorporated in sound recordings that are protected under this Act; or Which has not been fixed in sound recording but are carried by broadcast qualifying for protection under this Act.
