SEC. 233. Organization of the Office; Exemption from the Salary Standardization Law and the Attrition Law. – 233.1.The Office shall be organized within one (1) year after the approval of this Act. It shall not be subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7430. 233.2. The Office shall institute its own compensation structure: Provided, That the Office shall make its own system conform as closely as possible with the principles provided for under Republic Act No. 6758.
