Section 3

SEC. 3. The San Rafael National Science High School shall be governed by a Board of Trustees which shall be composed of: The regional director, Department of Science and Technology, Region V, chairman; (b) The director of the San Rafael National Science High School, vice-chairman; The regional director, Department of Education, Culture and Sports, Region V, member; The congressional representative of the district where the high school is located, member; and The regional director, National Economic and Development Authority, Region V, member.
