Section 4

SEC. 4. The Secretary of Health or his representative is hereby authorized upon proper warrant duly issued, to enter upon any business establishment or vehicle where home pounded, undermilled, milled or polished rice may be found, for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Act or to take samples of, and inspect and analyze home pounded, undermilled, milled or polished rice which are offered for sale, or which have been sold or exchanged for services or goods.
