Effectivity Clause.

Section 20

SEC. 20. Effectivity Clause. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, Lapsed into law on August 8, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
