SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the expenses of the said school during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, including the purchase of a suitable school site. In the succeeding years, the operating expenses thereof shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
