Section 6

SEC. 6. The functions of the PSHSLNC Board shall be: To prescribe for the administration of the PSHSLNC rules and regulations as are consistent with this Act and the policies laid down by the PSHS Board of Trustees; To act as citizens' committee to interpret the educational needs of the region to the Board of Trustees; and To exercise such other functions, powers and duties as the Board of Trustees may prescribe or delegate. A quorum of the PSHSLNC Board shall consist of a majority of all the members holding office at the time the meeting of the Board is called. All processes against the PSHSLNC Board shall be served on the Director or secretary thereof.
