SEC. 3. The Province of Davao del Norte shall be divided into two (2) legislative districts as follows: District I - Tagum, Asuncion, Kapalong, Talaingod and New Corella; and District II - Panabo, Carmen, Babak, Samal, Kaputian and Sto. Tomas.
