Applicability of Laws.

Section 55

SEC. 55. Applicability of Laws. – The provisions of Republic Act Numbered 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Presidential Decree No. 824, and other laws pertaining to the Province of Bukidnon and such laws as are applicable to component cities shall govern the City of Malaybalay insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
