Section 11

SEC. 11. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation whichever comes earlier. Approved, February 12, 1998. * See said PD on page 4, 44 VLD, 1st Series.
