The City of Valenzuela.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The City of Valenzuela. - The Municipality of Valenzuela is hereby converted into a highly urbanized city to be known as the City of Valenzuela, hereinafter referred to as the City, which shall comprise the present territory of the Municipality of Valenzuela in Metropolitan Manila.
