Section 1

SECTION 1. The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic College with its eight (8) campuses in the second district of Ilocos Sur, is hereby upgraded/converted into a State college, to be known as the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College hereinafter referred to in this Act as the College.
