Academic Freedom.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Academic Freedom. - Pursuant to paragraph 2, Section 5, Article XIV of the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, all institutions of higher learning, public or private, shall enjoy academic freedom and institutional autonomy.
