Effectivity.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect after five (5) days from its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation whichever date comes first. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 28, 1998 and February 6, 1998, respectively.
