Section 13

SEC. 13. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 7659 and Senate Bill No. 1509 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 13, 1998 and February 12, 1998, respectively.
