SEC. 3. The College shall offer one (1) to four (4) years of technical and vocational education courses and undergraduate courses in the field of agricultural education and technology or such other courses which are relevant to the needs of its service area. It shall also promote research, advanced studies and progressive leadership in the fields of agricultural education and technology.
