Applicability of Laws.

Section 51

SEC. 51. Applicability of Laws. - The provisions of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Presidential Decree No. 824, and other laws pertaining to the Province of Tarlac and such laws as are applicable to the cities shall govern the City of Tarlac insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
