SEC. 9. Section 19 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 19. The amount needed to carry out the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the San Rafael National Science High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Philippine Science High School-Camarines Sur Campus shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act."
