Academic Freedom.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Academic Freedom. - Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Section 5 of Article XIV of the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, all institutions of higher learning, public or private, shall enjoy academic freedom and institutional autonomy.
