Section 18
SEC. 18. The grantee shall purchase the property used by the Government of the City of Cavite for the operation of a similar service in the city and the city government shall sell said property together with all rights and privileges now enjoyed by said city government, at the price agreed upon by the grantee and the municipal board. In case of disagreement as to the purchase price, the Public Service Commission is authorized to act as referee and to determine the reasonable price at which said property shall be conveyed after hearing both parties, and its decision shall be final.
