SECTION 1. The Sibonga National High School Extension in Barangay Lamacan, Municipality of Sibonga, Province of Cebu, is hereby separated from the Sibonga National High School in the Municipality of Sibonga and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Julian Enad National High School.
