Section 9

SEC. 9. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) MANUEL B. VILLAR, JR. (Sgd.) MARCELO B. FERNAN Speaker of the House of Representatives President of the Senate This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 1049 and House Bill No. 6460, was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on March 1, 1999 and March 2, 1999, respectively.
