Effectivity.

Section 18

SEC. 18. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) MARCELO B. FERNAN (Sgd.) MANUEL B. VILLAR, JR. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 7083 and Senate Bill No. 1505 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 11, 1999 and May 12, 1999, respectively.
