Section 7

SEC. 7. Chapter VI, Section 50 of Republic Act No. 7916 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 50. Non-Applicability on Areas Covered by Republic Act No. 7227. - This Act shall not be applicable to economic zones and areas already created or to be created under Republic Act No. 7227 or other special laws, and governed by authorities constituted pursuant thereto."
