Section 19

SEC. 19. Compilation of Collective Bargaining Agreements.—For the information and guidance of all interested representatives of employers and legitimate labor organizations, the Conciliation Service in the Department of Labor shall maintain a file of all available collective bargaining agreements and other available agreements settling or adjusting industrial disputes, and of copies of the orders, awards, and decisions of the Court of Industrial Relations and the Supreme Court in cases of industrial disputes. Such file shall be open to inspection under appropriate conditions prescribed by the Secretary of Labor, except that no specific information submitted in confidence shall be disclosed.
