Section 97

SEC. 97. Effectivity Clause. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation. (91) This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 1519 and House Bill No. 6814, was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on April 12, 2000. Approved: May 23, 2000.
