SEC. 2. In addition to the vocational secondary curriculum, the Bacuag National Agro-Industrial School shall offer short-term agricultural and industrial courses and non-formal education classes relevant to its environment. The school shall not charge tuition fees for enrollment in the vocational secondary curriculum, short-term agricultural and industrial courses and non-formal education classes.
