The Provincial School Division.

Section 47

SEC. 47. The Provincial School Division. — The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, shall within two (2) months of the commencement of the corporate existence of the province herein created, establish and maintain a separate school division in the Province whose jurisdiction shall cover the municipalities under the lone legislative district of the province. The provincial school division shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
