Section 10

SEC. 10. Effectivity Clause. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. DRILON (Sgd.) President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 2038 and House Bill No. 898 was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on August 29, 2000 and October 10, 2000 respectively.
