Section 64

SEC. 64. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect upon its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general and local circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. DRILON (Sgd.) MANUEL B. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 8883 and Senate Bill No. 2174 was a finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 20, 2000 and October 9, 2000, respectively.
