SEC.35. Guidelines for Compost Quality. - Compost products intended to be distributed commercially shall conform with the standards for organic fertilizers set by the DA. The DA shall assist the compost producers to ensure that the compost products conform to such standards. ARTICLE 6WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES
