Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby authorized to transfer the records pertaining to the jurisdiction of the engineering district of the Second Congressional District of the Province of Iloilo and an equal share equipment, vehicles, parts, supplies and materials from the DPWH First Engineering of Iloilo from whence this engineering district separates in accordance with existing laws, regulations or practices.
