The City School Division.

Section 49

SEC. 49. The City School Division. - The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall establish and maintain a school division of the City of Panabo whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City; and The city school division shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
