Section 63

SEC. 63. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general and local circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) AQUILINO Q. PIMENTEL JR. (Sgd.) President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 9885 and Senate Bill No. 2255 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 8, 2001.
