Section 8

SEC. 8. A new Section 10 is hereby inserted between Sections 8 and 9 of the same Act, to read as follows: "SEC. 10. Deputy Executive Director (DED). - There shall be a Deputy Executive Director (DED) who shall be appointed by the Board for a term of six (6) years, renewable for another term. The DED shall perform the duties and functions assigned by the Executive Director."
