Effectivity.

Section 9

SEC. 9. Effectivity. — The effectivity of this Act shall retroact to January 1,2001. Approved, (Sgd.) AQUILINO Q. PIMENTEL JR. (Sgd.) FELICIANO BELMONTE JR.
