Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) AQUILINO Q. PIMENTEL, JR. (Sgd.) FELICIANO BELMONTE , JR. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 8772 and Senate Bill No. 2066 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 5, 2001 and January 29, 2001, respectively.
