Section 15

SEC. 15. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) AQUILINO Q. PIMENTEL, JR. (Sgd.) President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 7275 and Senate Bill No. 1956 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 8, 2001 and February 5, 2001, respectively.
