Exemption from the Salary Standardization Law.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Exemption from the Salary Standardization Law. — The salaries and benefits of employees in the TRANSCO shall be exempt from Republic Act No. 6758 and shall be fixed by the TRANSCO Board.
