Effectivity.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its enactment into law, unless otherwise specified. Approved, (Sgd.) AQUILINO Q. PIMENTEL JR. (Sgd.) FELICIANO BELMONTE JR.
