Creation of the Film Development Council of the Philippines.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Creation of the Film Development Council of the Philippines. — To carry out the provisions of this Act, there is hereby created a Film Development Council of the Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the Council, under the Office of the President. The Film Development Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. (FDFPI) and the Film Rating Board (FRB), created under Executive Order No. 811, are hereby abolished.
