Effectivity.

Section 24

SEC. 24. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette and two (2) newspapers of national circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 2049 and House Bill No. 4644, was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on May 27, 2002 and May 9, 2002, respectively.
