Contents of the Application.

Section 24

SEC. 24. Contents of the Application. - An application for a Certificate of Plant Variety Protection shall be filed in the manner and on the conditions prescribed in the regulations, and shall include: Name of the applicant/breeder; Address of the applicant/breeder in the Philippines; Name of resident agent and address in the Philippines; The description of the variety and particulars of the variety bred, including particulars of its characteristics; The variety denomination; Samples of propagating materials, which are the subject of the application; and Any other particular required by the regulations.
