SEC. 2. The salaries of the corresponding positions of postmasters shall be adjusted in the fiscal year beginning July first, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, in accordance with the provisions of section one hereof, and the positions as thus adjusted shall supersede the corresponding ones provided for in the General Appropriation Act for said fiscal year. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury of the Philippines not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred thousand pesos for the purpose of making such adjustments.
