Section 8

SEC. 8. Effectivity. — This law shall take effect within fifteen (15) days front publication in the Official Gazette or two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 2131 and House Bill No. 4851, was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on December 17, 2002 and December 18, 2002, respectively.
