Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Implementing Rules and Regulations. — The Secretary of Finance, the Bangko Sentral Governor and the Securities and Exchange Commission Chairperson shall promulgate and publish the necessary rules and regulations for the effective enforcement of this Act.
