Effectivity.

Section 38

SEC. 38. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or a national newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 5351 and Senate Bill No. 2579 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on December 2, 2003 and December 16, 2003, respectively.
