General Mandate.

Section 2

SEC. 2. General Mandate. — The University shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in the fields of agriculture, fisheries, forestry, engineering, environment, education, arts and sciences, rural development and other relevant fields of study. It shall also promote research and extension services, and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
