Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 14

SEC. 14. Implementing Rules and Regulations. — The DILG, in coordination with the BFP, the BJMP, the CSC, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and the Department of Finance (DOF) shall, within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, promulgate the rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.
