Administrative Investigation.

Section 24

SEC. 24. Administrative Investigation. — Within five (5) days after filing of written charges under oath, respondent registered veterinarian shall be furnished a copy thereof requiring him to answer the same. The administrative investigation shall be conducted by the Board, or any of its members as may be designated by the Chairman of the Board, legal or hearing officer of the Commission, on cases involving the practice of the profession: Provided, however, That the decision shall be promulgated by the Board.
